Abstrak
Education is a system that consists of several components that are interrelated witheach other. The components are: 1) the raw input will be graduates (output): 2) The teacher and non-teacher personnel, school administration, curriculum, budget for education, infrastructure and facilities are instrumental input which made possible the processing of raw input into graduate; 3) The style of cultural and economic conditions of local communities, demographic, political and security is an environmental factor or environmental input that directly or indirectly affect the involvement of the input instrumental in processing the raw input. Of course it is less wise if the success or failure of an education system imposed on a teacher, given the complexity and the prominence of other factors. But a teacher can't turn away from the noble responsibility at the same weight as mandated by the constitution in an effort to improve the quality of education of the nation. Therefore, a strengthening-reinforcement of the role of teachers in performing their duties.
