Abstrak
StrategyofecotourismdevelopmentresearchinSubakPacekanKedewatanVillageUbud,Gianyarisabouthowtodevelopaboutricefieldwiththenaturalview.SubakPacekanisaagricultureirrigationinUbudexspecialyinKedewatanishavenotfunctionmaximalyfortourismbutactuallythecaseissubakhaspotentialasatourismdevelopmentsubakhaspotentialasatourismdevelopmentsubakincreasesubakhaspotentialasatourismdestinationofecotourism.Ecotourismactuallythecaseissubakhaspotentialasatourismdestinationofecotourism.Ecotourismactivity.Viewingoftheconditionslikethis,it’sneedthetourismdestination.EcotourismactivitycanbedoatSubakPacekanismorningwalkandeducationaboutagriculture.SothatricefieldinUbudAreano moretransformationof landexpeciallyinKedewatanVillage.Theproblemsinthisresearchare(1)WhatapotentialSubakPacekanhastobeaecotourismdestinationinKedewatanVillageUbudCity?(2)Howthestrength,weakness,opportunity,andthethreattodevelopmentSubakPacekanKedewatanVillageUbudCity?(3)Howthestrategyofecotourismdevelopmentin SubakPacekanKedewatanVillageUbudCity?Theproblemsaresolvingbytwotheory.ThereareplanningtheoryandDevelopmenttourismareatheory.Therethedatausesomedatafromobservationmethod,interview,anddocumentationwithdescriptivemethodtodrawaninference.ThekindofthisresearchismixmethodandSWOTanalysiswiththeEFAS(ExternalFactorAnalysisSummary)andIFAS(InternalFactorAnalysisSummary).SubakPacekanhasnaturalpotentialandculturepotential.Naturalpotentialtherearebeautifulsceneandirrigationsystemandculturepotentialisceremony.Fromthepotentialcanbegetstrength,weakness,opportunity,andthreattodevelopmentSubakPacekanasecotourism.Strength,weakness,opportunity,andthreatcanbeanalysiswithEFASmatrix(EksternalFactorAnalysisSummary)andIFASmatrix(InternalFactorAnalysisSummary)untilcangetstrategyofsustainabledevelopment.TheStrategyarepenetrationmarketingstrategyand buildingcharacterstrategy.
