Abstrak
Hegemony theory proposed by Antonio Gramsci. He was a famous Italian Marxist of his thoughts on the power to question why and how the modern state can get a consensus on the power of the community. In the perspective of the theory of hegemony is dqpat viewed the process of tourism development, because development of tourism in Bali is inseparable from the hegemony of tourism entrepreneurs and government. Deconstruction of cultural capital as a basis for tourism development, suggesting there has been a synthesis of the economic order with symbolic power. In the development of tourism, symbolically the Balinese have full powers of its cultural capital, cultural capital, but in practice it can not escape from the hegemony of the power relations of the capitalist economy based on tourism entrepreneurs.
